Returns & Shipping Policy

Return Policy

All items must be returned 30 days after the purchase date. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, have tags attached, and be in the same condition and packages you received it in.

To start a return, contact us at shop@bellsnbuckles.com. We'll then send you an email to notify you that your return has been accepted or denied. If accepted, we'll then send you instructions on how to return your item.

Items That Cannot be Returned or Exchanged

Cowhide, Bodysuits, hair claw clips, socks and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless its an issue on our end.

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned.

Once an order is placed, we are not able to cancel or alter an order.

Holidays may interfere with your order being sent out. Check our social media for updates around these times.

Orders of $150 and more will be eligible to receive free standard shipping (US only).

I am not responsible for packages after they're shipped. If you did not receive your package contact the carrier and follow up with them. I cannot give refunds on items lost in transit.
